Ingredients:

•6 La Petite Bretonne Micro Croissants®

•Hard-boiled eggs

•Mayonnaise

•Finely chopped shallots

•Finely chopped celery

•Finely chopped parsley

•Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:

1. Slice open the Micro Croissants®

2. Mix the ingredients until smooth and fill Micro

3. Sprinkle paprika and refrigerate.
