More than 200 people are employed at our two plants located in Blainville and Joliette.

La Petite Bretonne has production facilities totalling 138,000 square feet divided between its two plants. Additionally, our new plant, located in Blainville, is the most modern facility in North America for the production of Micro Croissants®.
Production volume
We produce more than 1,720,000 Micro Croissants® daily.
Service territory
Our products are distributed in all the large grocery chains in Canada. They are also available in certain chains in the United States, Mexico and Caribbean.
