Garnished Madeleines to share

  • Portion : According to the desired quantity
  • Preparation : 20 minutes

  • 1 bag of Original Madeleines from La Petite Bretonne
  • 1 tub of Madeleines Pur Beurre from La Petite Bretonne
  • 1 dark chocolate package
  • 1 milk chocolate package
  • 1 white chocolate package
  • Edible decorations to garnish
  • Fresh fruits

  • Melt the 3 types of chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside in separate bowls
  • Dip one side of the madeleines in the chocolate and garnish while the chocolate is still melted
  • You can also arrange the madeleines as well as the fruits on a presentation tray or directly on parchment paper in the center of the table where you will serve your guests. For an even more spectacular effect, drizzle the madeleines and the fruits with melted chocolate in front of your guests! (See photos for more ideas)
  • Serve with sparkling wine or champagne for a more festive evening!
