Madeleines Croquembouche

  • Preparation : 1 hour

Ingredients
  • MADELEINES PURE BUTTER
  • TOOTHPICKS
  • CROQUEMBOUCHE FOAM CONE
  • CHOCOLATE TO GARBISH
  • DECORATIVE ELEMENTS

Preparation
  • Melt some chocolate
  • Dip the head of a few madeleines in the melted chocolate and let cool
  • Place the madeleines on the Croquembouche cone with the toothpicks
  • Add decorative elements (optional)
