Madeleines Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of Original Madeleines from La Petite Bretonne
  • ¾ of a cup of cooking cream 35%
  • ¾ of a cup of milk 2%
  • 2 eggs

Preparation
  • Preheat the oven at 350°F
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cream, the milk and the eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  • Break into chunks all the Madeleines and place them into a Pyrex plate
  • Add the egg and milk mixture on top of the Madeleine chunks
  • Cook for an hour at 350°F
