Micro Croissants® French Toast

  • Portion : 4
  • Preparation : 20 minutes
  • Cooking : 10 minutes

  • 1 bag of Micro Croissants®
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • In a bowl, whisk the milk, eggs and vanilla together
  • Dip the Micro Croissants® in the milk mixture until they absorb enough of it
  • Heat up a frying pan at medium heat and add a little bit of butter
  • Cook the Micro Croissants® on both sides until they have a nice golden color
  • Serve warm with some fresh fruits and maple sirup!
