MICRO CROISSANTS® Meat Pie

  • Portion : 20 bites
  • Preparation : 30 minutes
  • Cooking : 2 hours

Ingredients
  • BAG OF MICRO CROISSANTS®
  • 1 KG (A LITTLE + 2 LB) OF GROUND Pork
  • 2 ONIONS finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 5 ML (1 Tsp) SALT
  • 5 ML (1 Tsp) OF GROUND JAMAICa PEPPER (“ALL SPICE”)
  • 2 ML (1/2 Tsp) OF ground clove
  • 2 ML (1/2 Tsp) OF ground cinnamon
  • 2 SMALL WHITE POTATOES
  • 375 ML (1 ½ CUP) OF BOILING WATER

Preparation
  • In a large pot, add all the ingredients except the preparation of grated potatoes and boiling water
  • Undo the meat with a wooden spoon
  • Cook the meat over medium heat with all the other ingredients, until the meat turns brown (you do not want a pinkish hue).
  • When the meat is brown, add the grated potatoes and boiling water. Mix well. Cover.
  • Cook for 35 to 40 minutes (stirring occasionally)
  • Remove from fire. Let it temper
  • Take about twenty MICRO CROISSANTS® La Petite Bretonne
  • Bake the MICRO CROISSANTS® for 5 minutes at 180oC (350oF)
