Mini Choco® French Toast

  • Portion : 4 - 5
  • Preparation : 15 minutes
  • Cooking : 10 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of Mini Choco®
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Preparation
  • In a large bowl, whisk the milk, the eggs and the vanilla together
  • Soak the Mini Choco® in the milk mixture until they absorb enough of it
  • Heat up a frying pan at medium heat and add a little bit of butter
  • Cook the Mini Choco® on each side until they have a nice golden brown color
  • Serve warm with some fresh fruits and maple sirup!
